I went here a while ago and at first it was scary, but the staff helped me get better. The food was a bit odd and the beds were stiff but it helped me get better. Gotta hate the unit 6 showers, they don’t get warm very often
At first, Peachford felt very scary and overwhelming. Having my nephew in a psychiatric hospital is never an easy experience. However, over time, I saw that my nephew was getting the help he needed and he is doing much better. The staff has been helpful throughout the process, and I especially appreciate the support from care navigator Ty’Kia, who helped make things easier to understand and navigate during a difficult time. While the experience was tough initially, I’m grateful for the care and support my nephew received.
Very highly intelligent Doctor who got me stable on my bipolar medication. I have been with a remarkable psychiatrist every since and this hospital and it's fine staff saved my life!
