My friend invited me for a Thai massage -- I didn't know what to expect but the reviews and photos set my expectations that it may be more like a fusion yoga / stretching / massage with a partner. I'd highly recommend you come with a spouse or significant partner or someone you live with so you can learn these stretching exercises together. Throughout the class, you and your partner take turns being the giver and receiver. Our instructor was Gia and since our class had just 3 students, she was great about taking on the role of "giver" for each of us so we could compare our experiences. Amazing Experience EVERY TIME !!! I had my first Thai massage at Om Thai Wellness Center's main therapist Gnosisia in 2006. No other massage experience compared to this one so I have completely switched to Thai massages at Om Thai Wellness Center. I leave every session feeling flexible, stress free and peaceful. Gnosisia is patient, strong , kind and knows exactly where all the tension knots exist. I enjoy a healing rejuvenating experience EVERY TIME!!

I am a former athlete and typically receive deep tissue massage and I am somewhat challenged with flexibility. My results when working with Gnosisia and her Thai yoga techniques were better than what I have experienced with traditional massage. Gnosisia was very knowledgeable and experienced and was able to address my particular challenges, especially where my range of motion was very restricted. I was most impressed because I am not a small man and she is very strong for a woman who is very petite.I am also very particular about my massages and would strongly recommend her, you will definitely be happy with the experience and results!
