Meraki Mama came highly recommended to me by a client of mine.. I had no idea to what to expect but was 5 months pregnant and wanted to try the prenatal yoga! I came home from my first class and knew I had found a gem for pregnant mamas! As soon as I got home I told my husband I wanted Lauren to be at my birth!
