Since visiting this location for a cardiac scan, I have received multiple spam texts advertising medical bill financing and other likely scams. Each time the sender says they got my information from Northside. I came here out of medical necessity, not to give this company an excuse to sell my contact information to scammers. Northside should be absolutely ashamed to treat their patients like this - absolutely unacceptable.

I had an appointment for an MR Enterography and the radiology tech noticed that I had just had a colonoscopy a few days prior. She suggested I reschedule due to possible clips from biopsy. The front desk person was very friendly and professional. And a very nice person came out of a back office and gave me a gas card for having to reschedule my appointment for a later time. Great experience even though I didn’t get to have the procedure. Thanks to the radiology tech for being so observant.

My experience with Northside Lake Hearn Imaging was horrible. Their parking setup is valet only, which couldn't be more inefficient. My appointment took less than 20 minutes, but during that time, the valet must've taken our car to timbuktu because we had to wait 30 minutes for them to retrieve the car after the appointment. Then there's the super shady pricing structure of the imaging service. They said the scan would cost $216 if I chose to be billed later, but would only cost $54 if I paid in full up front. So, I paid the $54 up front. They said I'd receive a bill for $45 from the radiologist who interpreted my scan, but that'd be it, so it'd only be $99 total. Now,...read full review
