“My first time, definitely not my last! My experience was amazing from being to end. I received a 60 minute Aromatherapy Massage for $105. I chose the peppermint oil. My masseuse name was Joi. Every moment of my massage exceeded my expectations. Definitely a soothing and relaxing environment, very calming and tranquil. Clean, stress-free, and inviting. The staff members are welcoming and patient. I was not familiar with the area and due to construction nearby, I got lost. I called the receptionist and she stayed on the phone with me giving me directions until I arrived. Little did she know I was not having the best of days, but her soft voice and patience helped me to calm down and I'm glad I didn't make the mistake of canceling my appointment. Phenomenal experience! Highly recommend!“

“I have been loyal to Eleven Nail Bar since their opening, and their customer service is top-notch. I always feel welcome here; the team is professional, polite, and friendly. They are a young and passionate team, greeting you with a smile as soon as you walk through the door, It's hard to find a nail salon that meets your needs without feeling overwhelmed or overcharged, but Eleven Nail Bar is different. The atmosphere is aesthetic and clean. If you are in West Midtown or nearby, definitely check out Eleven Nail Bar. Even though I have moved, I still drive hours to get my services here.
