This was my 1st time at this Spa. After coaching classes, I just randomly decided to give it a try. Great Experience. The staff was nice and friendly. The Nail Tech “T” was very good. He was kind, professional, and took his time which I appreciated. My oval nail shape and nails looked amazing. Good location and easy parking. They also offer you a refreshment. I most definitely will be back.
I originally left a 1-star review because I wasn’t happy with my experience. However, the manager reached out, sincerely apologized, and invited me back to fix my nails completely free of charge.
I went back, and they took the time to make everything right. I really appreciate how they stood behind their work and cared about customer satisfaction. Because of the excellent customer service and the effort they put into correcting the issue, I’m updating my review from 1 star to 5 stars.
