My mom, sister, and I had the best experience coming in today! We came in for a bottle of perfume and a gentleman helped us get what we needed with such kindness. He had an amazing personality you couldn’t help but smile at. We appreciated the help and hospitality from him. Great experience

We popped in for an unexpected visit a few weeks back while meeting up with family at Lenox. I’d never been inside a freestanding MAC store, so I was in a bit of sensory overload by all the items available. I wasn’t sure where to even begin, but our sales associate came up and helped me spend a LOT of money on some great items I didn’t know I needed! All kidding aside, our sales rep, Dulce, was wonderful! I needed something they didn’t have in store, so she ran to the MAC counter in the Macy’s to which we were attached. Amazon experience getting my make up done for a friends wedding. My artist was so kind to make sure he did my make up when he booked my appointment. I felt so confident and my make up stayed put like I was performing Lionel Richie’s All Night Long. I was so happy to find a location that had good reviews and I would 100% recommend anyone go to this location.
