It was Sue’s last appt .of the day, and due to heavy traffic because of a horrendous storm, I ran into traffic, and estimated I’d be 15 minutes late,. I reached out to the Call Center to ask them to notify her. I was so anxious, I called twice to let them know of my progress through traffic. Both reps were very courteous, and assured me that they would notify Sue, and not to worry. I finally arrived, was greeted warmly, and Sue worked her magic, as usual.“
