Idk if all ultas are like this… I’ve recently started shopping at ulta outside of target, but this is a little unorganized to me. There’s not really a way to find what you need. There’s no signs or directions to show which section. However, the employees and even security guard was super nice and helpful

First time going to this Ulta. I did appreciate that the staff did not bombard me with "Can you I help you?" after coming in. What I didn't appreciate was the store was a little messy. I was trying to buy new Bare Minerals products and noticed that there were many samples/testers missing. I also noticed this was true of many other brands as I walked around and when I went to try a lot of the makeup, the testers were either empty or damaged i.e. brush missing from mascara, eyeliner needed to be resharpened, pressed powder and blush was shattered, etc. I'm not sure if it was because we just went through the holidays, but I think the staff needs to refresh the store as soon...read full review
