I brought in 7 sweaters and a scarf. I picked up six sweaters and a scarf. Silly me, I didn’t check whether I got all my items back at the time. The claim they gave me all my items, so now I’m out a new Talbots sweater.
If you go there, check carefully if you get everything back. They do not have a system that guarantees that you do ( they have a list of what you brought in, but they have no idea if that’s what they gave you). And of course I paid for the nonexistent sweater to get dry cleaned, too.
Hopefully they go out of business when the Publix moves.

This place is terrible. I went to pick up my coat and they had on the floor after 2 weeks. They told me they couldn’t find my coat and it was on the floor. The guy put it back in the rack and told me to pick it up later. I checked my coat and it has bites like mice bites. The guy said he can do anything about it. This place is garbage. Don’t go here. I won’t spend any penny on this cleaner store.
