The staff keeps patients updated on insurance info, preparation for surgery, and afterwards. This team is amazing and patients are so grateful to have been referred to them. The facility is extremely clean. It was an amazing experience. The system functioned seamlessly and wait time between check in, to x-ray, to seeing doctors was minimal. Doctors were fantastic and patients were very pleased with everything. They have it setup in a way to have it run as smooth as possible. Every floor is partitioned off for each doctor and everything is clearly labeled. The bathrooms were clean and the staff were helpful and accommodating. There is a small cafe on the first floor and they have wheelchairs available.
