Jasmine Johnson was my mom’s nurse. She saw her a few weeks ago and she’s been bugging me to leave a review because jasmine went above and beyond to help her get situated . Healthcare in my opinion is a bit hit or miss so it’s always nice to run into someone who actually cares about people.
I came in for an appointment with the financial counselor Ms. Jackie and she was sharp, spot on, kind and very wholesome. As an original Grady Baby and past employee I love to see workers representing my hospital PROPER‼️

I've only gone here to pick up prescriptions and get x-rays; I haven't seen a doctor, nurse, or nurse practitioner, so I can't evaluate that. Pretty easy process for getting prescriptions, though there might be a bit of a wait. You have to take a number from a ticket machine and wait to be called. They have a very large lobby and waiting area, so it's not like you have to stand the whole time. Ticket numbers are displayed on multiple screens; you just have to watch for yours. Regarding x-rays, no appointment is required. Once your PCP has submitted the request, you go to the x-ray area and wait nearby and they call you. In and out!
