Wow. I’m born and raised in Atlanta and have used Grady Health for years with and without insurance. Grady sometimes get a bad wrap for different reasons. The Brookhaven clinic truly impressed me. From the time I walked in, it was all smiles and a welcoming place. My intake nurse was exceptional. She was so polite. She asked questions with dignity and so much respects she, made sure everything I wanted to discuss was noted. Everyone was all smiles! Made it easy to be there!
Jasmine Johnson was my mom’s nurse. She saw her a few weeks ago and she’s been bugging me to leave a review because jasmine went above and beyond to help her get situated . Healthcare in my opinion is a bit hit or miss so it’s always nice to run into someone who actually cares about people.
I came in for an appointment with the financial counselor Ms. Jackie and she was sharp, spot on, kind and very wholesome. As an original Grady Baby and past employee I love to see workers representing my hospital PROPER‼️
