UPDATE:
We are finally hiring a contractor to fix the damage done by Certified Finishes. He confirmed that they installed stained tiles, did not mix the grout properly and did not properly install the luxury vinyl plank floors.

Stay AWAY from this company. You will regret using them.

If I could leave this operation 0 stars I would. This company is wholly unprofessional, they lie, and they do terrible work:

1. I live in a condo which is a new build. When purchasing, the tenants and I bought brand new units.

These folks do amazing work but predominantly commercial installations.

Very unprofessional. Refusing to pay for services rendered. Trying to over charge. Save your time and money and do not use this company!
