The front office team, including Shelly and Katina, is recognized for their friendly and accommodating approach, making patients feel like family. The clinic is also commended for its ability to accept all Medicaid types for braces. My recent visit(Cascade location)was extremely unprofessional. The dental assistant (Jasmine) was rude, and when I asked a question regarding my child’s services, she responded using vulgar language toward me.
Additionally, the front desk staff failed to properly verify insurance during scheduling and at check-in, then became upset when I pointed out the error.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend starting services at this office.
Ronda is amazing! Very detailed, April is the first month I've seen here and I've been attending this location since September 2024. She explains everything before operating the other techs weren't doing that unfortunately... but Definitely request Ronda if you attend this location. Outstanding work ethic and communication so bravo!
Please don't go by the angry upset reviews of women trying to tear another one down, from the first initial call to make my daughters appointment to my daughter being approved for braces through insurance was handled with nothing but professionalism from the front office ladies to the back office ladies and Dr Walton, also its the only office in Atlanta that accepts all Medicaid types for braces.
