Came here a lot for the past 3+ years. Most instructors are very good! Just finished my last session here before moving to Seattle. Hope more people will get benefits from this studio. Please keep an eye on you Jewelries though, not like most other places, anything valuable left behind will be gone.

I scheduled a private party with Diana, and Laura was the instructor. Diana was friendly, warm, and made scheduling a breeze. Laura was patient and inviting during class. My group will return for another class! #newfan

I attended class on 3/2/24, I really enjoyed the entire experience. The room was perfect and the instructor Laura was wonderful. Laura was encouraging and made the class less intimidating for those of us who have not mastered all yoga practices. I would definitely love to come back.
