Khem really took care of me. I was in for basically a repiercing of my ear in the cartilage area( ouch!) I was a walk in, she took great care of me! Didn't hurt as bad as I bad had expectedSweet service and efficient!Thank you sooo much!

I got a tattoo done by Yinessa. I can easily say it is the best of my 16 other tattoos. She was not heavy handed, quick, and took creative control where necessary. She also gave really good vibes and had great conversation.I have never had an artist blend colors and pay attention to detail and will definitely be back for more.During the appointment my friend had a disagreement with Canvas (another artist). Yinessa was quick to assist in trying to solve their disagreement and sided in turning the situation around.I give Yinessa and her customer service 5 stars. I’m only writing this post as an advocate for my friend. I was on the phone with her for most of her tattoo session and it sounded like a horrible experience. She was really handled in a way no person should be. She felt pressured and mad uncomfortable since she had already paid a deposit. She went to get a tattoo by Canvas and agreed on a price and it changed once she came in. Then once her friends came over to try and find a resolution his story started to change up.
