I had a great experience with the sales associate Fadia. She was insightful and helped me make the best choices for the spaces in my home. Only disappointment is that they didn’t have a California King bed frame. I worked with the manager Curtis and he was a great support to me getting multiple pieces. However, the store is super hot with fans blowing hot air. It’s difficult to stay in there for long periods. I hope the employees are getting hazard pay. I can’t imagine what the holiday sale weekend will feel like when it’s packed. I gave 4 stars because of the heat in the store but the customer service was 5 stars.

Really friendly staff!
Got delivery of my purchase today of a recliner that I was told would be assembled
Arrogantly delivery driver insisted that was not what IPurchased. Sales person told me that the chair would be delivered and put together. I need this issue resolved ASAp

Friendly Service… A shout out to Anthony, who was very helpful and patient with me. I brought my son and we both ended up buying something. I got a couch/Loveseat set and my son bought a beautiful recliner
