We had a very complex stair hand rail replacement project. We talked with Kathy at Stair Solutions. It’s an understatement to say she was outstanding. She assisted in selecting the handrail and input on the color match. The results were beyond our expectations. The color match was spot on. The railing selection was perfect. The craftsmanship of the installation was excellent and the attention to detail was extraordinary. We could not be more satisfied with both the process and the end result. It was a refreshing experience to deal with such knowledgeable, friendly, and competent individuals. Stair Solutions deserves 5+ stars, a well earned rating on this project.
