For semi trucks: When coming here, do not come thru the entire car park lot. Use the entrance from Shiloh rd (the one between two buildings). The receiver's entrance is right along the wide ramp at the back side of the building. Maneuvering in the lot is not so easy so be prepared for anything. You will hardly get any space if you want to make a U-turn. And for parking on the dock, better bring the trailer already at a slanting angle to dock instead of jack-knifing the trailer at 90⁰. For overnight parking, i guess it should be allowed if you get a morning delivery or pickup because it's not a gated building and the entrance is open and there's no one in the lot...read full review

I needed an odd and a single wooden baluster. Seems no one makes it anymore. I called Jennifer at Southern Stairs since I remembered them from Charlotte. She was so kind to take my email and pictures and quickly respond back. Her service and attention was only to help me out as the sales amount would've been very little. Thank you!
