Initial server order messed up 3 times. When server finally received and installed it was not the one we ordered and substantially less.
They had to re-order with substantial delay and now we're receiving erroneous invoices for work included in the initial contract.
Can not recommend this company.

I hear the horrors of IT from other business owners. We have had a very long standing relationship with Medicus and are fortunate to have always worked with the same technicians for nearly a decade. They are responsive and friendly. We have our regular bumps in the road with IT, but we get an immediate response to issues and explanations. They also continue to take measures to improve their service. Shout out to Richard, Shane, Nathan, Patrick and Jori!
