I hear the horrors of IT from other business owners. We have had a very long standing relationship with Medicus and are fortunate to have always worked with the same technicians for nearly a decade. They are responsive and friendly. We have our regular bumps in the road with IT, but we get an immediate response to issues and explanations. They also continue to take measures to improve their service. Shout out to Richard, Shane, Nathan, Patrick and Jori!

First, Chris Jann, especially was with me from my first moment of starting. He not only guided my with the start of my pediatric office's IT needs, he has been a mentor, although briefly, on starting up my business right. I made a decision to open and within 2.5 months, the doors to my office were open with full functioning IT team backing me up. I am forever indebted to Chris, Mike, Jason and all the Medicus Team!
