Ben is our desk service Tech for our area and is fantastic. Always helpful, very informative, very personable. Exactly what a company expects when service is required. Brian usually responds to any on hand equipment service needs. Couldn't ask for better service. Ben and Brain are a fantastic team.

Ben was very professional and wanted to get our copier up and running as quickly as possible. He took the time to go over the machine and make sure that our printer drivers were current.
