We do not recommend Crabapple LandscapExperts. They are not landscaping experts in any sense of the word. My condo association has recently changed landscaping companies from Hernandez & Co. who have been here approximately 20 hears and did a fantastic and professional landscaping job to now Crabapple Landscaping. Crabapple so far is not doing their job anywhere near as Hernandez & Co. did. Crabapple just blows the leaves around from one grassy area into another grassy area still covering the tree roots and acorns making it dangerous to walk around now in our grassy areas in my opinion for us and our dog. Crabapple has a contract with my HOA so I felt inclined to give them an opportunity for additional business of tree branch cutting and mulch. After their unprofessionalism in being unresponsive and their weeks delayed responses to my text messages, emails and calls to Scott and his supervisor for a revised quote, I am frustrated and will take my business elsewhere. I can now better understand the reasoning for their 2.7 Google ratings at the time of this message. I wish them well if they choose to go down this path of wrongful customer service.

They're very inconsistent, lack attention to detail, have damaged many of our landscaping lights & multiple fence posts.Edited to add - after contacting them, they refused to repair any of the posts and refused compensation but suggested I hire another contractor & pay for the repairs on my own. Lastly, stopped responding to me.Just a horrible experience
