“I had an excellent experience with TMJ & Sleep Therapy and would highly recommend them to anyone struggling with jaw pain or limited movement.

When I first came in, my mouth would barely open, and even simple things like eating were uncomfortable. The team took the time to thoroughly evaluate my situation and explained the treatment plan clearly. I was fitted with both a daytime guard to help reposition my jaw and a nighttime guard to protect it while I slept.

After several months of following the plan, the improvement has been incredible. My mouth now opens normally again, and I can eat whatever I want without pain or restriction. I no longer have to wear the daytime guard, which feels like a huge milestone.
