From their YouTube videos, I felt confident the odors and ailments my family noticed came from mold and moisture in our crawl space. So when I gave them a call, I was immediately impressed that they answer their phones quickly, understand my concerns, and were able to schedule me for an appointment that accommodated my crazy work schedule. It's nice to have a friendly voice that knows what's going on instead of an automated call center!
Once their home care specialist, Jamall, came to crawl through and scope out what exactly was going on, his findings were consistent with what was mentioned on the videos and that helped me trust what he showed me with pictures and in explanation. He was very detailed and thorough catching things the other contractors totally missed!
It turned out the mold and moisture problems stemmed from water entering my crawlspace from the exterior so we went with the bulletproof solution of addressing yard drainage around the home as well as inside the crawlspace and I have complete peace of mind. We also opted to soda blast the mold away and I wanted to include before and after photos of the difference it makes! Jamall took a funny photo that really emphasized how bad the mold was and I'm still amazed at the results after soda blasting. Already I feel like we are breathing better!
The encapsulation really makes this place look beautiful and just knowing how clean it is and professionally done makes me feel like a weight was taken off. The crew was so knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Rick, Everett, John, and Nate did a great job making sure we felt comfortable each step of the way and were checked in with photos and courtesies throughout.
