This was our second time using this company for complete window replacement (two different homes). Charlie is a true ole-school man of his word. He says what he means and means what he says. We are super pleased with our new replacement windows. He gave us a good deal, and when there were issues that arose, he did not hide from them, but rather he immediately addressed them and corrected them, and then made it up to us. We used Aladdin Insulation this summer to try and offset the scorching temps and we have already noticed quite the difference! Charles came out to give me an estimate and we had the crew in the very next week! I was so impressed with the professionalism of the team and was pleased by how smooth the process was.
