Core 57 Milton

I love Core 57 and although I go to the downtown location frequently I have started going to the Milton location for workouts with Matt, specifically the lower body class. It's great to have options of locations and trainers. I really enjoy Matt's style of training and that I have certain days to focus on lower body along with full body workouts. The recovery classes are great too! The cohesiveness between the 2 locations and community make me so happy to be a member. It is well worth looking in to joining if in search of a high quality gym with a great support network.

Core 57 literally saved me. I was out of shape, my back hurt and I had just moved across the country and landed in a place where I hardly knew anyone. At Core 57 I not only found a gym the promoted overall health and fitness, but it is fun! The trainers are highly proficient in their field and make a point to get to know every single client and make them (you!) feel like the most important person in the gym. They do lots of fun events within the community so it really is a full service gym. Grateful everyday to work out in an environment that is social, community oriented and actually cares about you! Thank you Core 57 for giving me a great way to get fit and feel fabulous!

Love Core57. Great community, great instructors and great results. From nutrition (Rebecca is one of the best!) to great diversity of work-outs, Core57 fits the bill whether you are getting started, restarting or well into your wellness journey. All the trainers are amazing - Christen and Matt are two of my favs but honestly I have never taken a bad class! Come join us!
