I’ve been visiting this office for all my eyecare needs for about a year now and all staff is extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Scarlet especially at the front desk went above and beyond helping me with my insurance questions. I would love to see an employee appreciation for the ladies that help me today. Really clean lobby, it smelled good and upbeat atmosphere unlike most Erie doctors offices. Thank you family Eyecare !
Had the best experience with Dr. Cosby and staff. Had a a quick change of plans the morning of my appointment they made things work and got me in and out without problem! Go see them you won’t be disappointed!
Today I saw the new doctor and she was very good. Very personable. I was impressed...Everyone was so sweet and caring....The girl in the back really took her time helping pick out frames that fit my face.
