Less than 20 minutes wait time for each of my 5 appointments! Entire staff was friendly and a pleasure to work with. Dr. Fay was my surgeon and asked prior to each surgery if he could pray for me.. For context, I am a retired RN with 32 years of service including 10+ years in Critical Care. I never, not once, saw a physician ask to pray for a patient . 100% recommendation for this group. Where do I start with my review of Breg Eye Center? From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming — especially Mrs. Debra Brown at the front desk. Ms. Stephanie took the time to thoroughly review our appointments, making sure we understood every detail, and even provided her personal number in case we had any questions.
When it came time for my mom’s cataract surgery, the nurses were amazing. They greeted her with kindness, offered a warm blanket, and explained everything we could expect during and after the procedure. Dr. Fay personally came in to speak with us — and then prayed with us, which meant so much.
