Often recommending a facility is difficult because so many are changing, that happens a lot it seems in today's system. I have found it's more important to look at how those changes are handled when deciding on a facility. I have been though several different changes in the past. Over the years I have been with Optum, the changes have been painless or so they have made it seem so.
As a retired healthcare professional my expectations can be a little higher than most and I believe in continuity is one of the main factors in providing excellent healthcare. I’ve been with this practice since I retired to Florida a decade ago before that I had the same FNP for 37 years so to say I don’t adjust to change very well. I finally developed a good relationship with Dr. Merritt who is a absolute asset to the practice as is Lacy- Teresa out front and I’m sure others but they seem to have 3 shifts of staff - coming-going-staying and their telecommunications has to be the most difficult for their senior patients to navigate through and the wait time is...read full review
Dr.Jones is my doctor here at Optum in Zephyrhills and she has been the best doctor I have ever had in my 61 years of life.She listens to all my complaints and does her best to see to each and everyone of them and I have alot of health issues to complain about.I have not had a kinder more sincere doctor.I will most greatly recommend her to everyone.THANK YOU DR.JONES FOR ALL THE CARE YOU HAVE GIVEN ME AND CONTINUE TO DO SO.......
