Was okay when I first started, but staff has changed recently at the zephyrhills location. Forgot some papers from my actual neurologist. So I called to have them put them aside for me. I was told that they would, I went back on the next day that they were supposed to be open, which was a Thursday. Past openiing according to Google, Lights on, doors locked and employees hiding in the back that i can see as i appoach the building. So I called the number, got them to open the door after an hour of being on hold. Now i am a little aggravated as anyone would be. To which point was met? I was extremely grateful to have had been assisted by Cora and Michelle. They were patient and explained the process to me from start to finish. I would have loved to have seen more employees in the establishment. Although Cora acknowledged me as soon as I walked in, she was helping another patient. By the time I was helped by Michelle, I’ve watched people come in and walk out due to the wait time. 5 stars to the employees. Zero to the establishment for not having enough people to assist.
