I have visited a lot of the salons and I have to say the Winter Springs location is the best. The manager Haley is very personable and knowledgeable. She makes you feel welcome. I love to visit this salonService: Tanning
Service was good. My issue was the bed. First visit was told to do only 10 minutes instead of 15 so I wouldn't burn. I did the 10 minutes without even getting hot. No sweat what so ever . After going home taking a shower, there was no color difference at all. Not even my stomache which is white. It is still white. I have tanned before and always had a color change. This was very disappointing. I believe the bulbs on this bed need to be changed! Also never seen a bed without a facial tanner plate. I guess I have been going to Salons that have newer beds. Very Disappointed in my visit.
Loved this location when I used to come use my membership. Very clean, friendly staff, and I never waited for a bed. However corporate wasn't the easiest to contact when trying to cancel my membership.. luckily the new manager at this location got in contact and fixed everything for me to the best of her ability!
