I hope they leave this location alone. I like traditional tanning beds, not tight cages that make me feel like a farm chicken.“

I came in for a spray session before leaving on a work trip to Texas, and we hit a snag: with the merger and acquisition happening with Zoom Tan, my account hadn’t transferred over correctly. Instead of shrugging it off or sending me away, these two spent nearly 30 minutes on the phone with customer service on my behalf, patiently working through it until everything was straightened out.

They just handled it, with so much grace and patience, and made me feel completely welcome the entire time.
