“Rhyne Restoration has been an answer to our prayers. In September 2024, our home was struck by lightening. As a result, our tile roof was damaged. We filed a claim with our insurance company. With the exception of 1 company, everyone that inspected our roof said we needed a complete replacement as the integrity of it was compromised. Insurance hired their own structural engineer and said a replacement was all that was needed. With the opinion of 3 Public Adjusters, we decided to challenge this decision. We hired a Public Adjuster, after 3 weeks nothing was done. We broke the contract and hired another one that was recommended by the roofing contractor we thought would replace our roof. After 4 more weeks, we were no further along than when I worked on it myself. Paying 20 percent for a Public Adjuster seemed more reasonable than a huge retainer for an attorney but they did not help us.<br><br>Still obtaining estimates, I met with Rhyne Restoration. I was told they would help with an attorney if insurance refused to negotiate with them. Of course, there was no progress with our insurance company. It was turned over to Hans at Kennon Law Group. Between him and Rhyne Restoration, they took care of the rest. Certainly we were nervous. It seemed to good to be true. Then we received the news, insurance settled and we would be getting a roof.<br><br>I met with Todd, the President, Jason, the General Manager, Kevin and Marcelo. All of these men were excellent and took time to explain the process and keep us informed. Jason was on property everyday during our roof install and checked-in with me daily. The work crew was kind, professional, respectful, and neat. Today our roof is complete and it looks beautiful!<br><br>We cannot recommend this company enough. They care and are committed to help! They will be back to reseal and paint our home. They will also be installing our new gutters!<br><br>If you are looking for an company to help restore your home, please give Rhyne Restoration a call!
