Definitely recommend Scharon for facials, your skin will most definitely thank you ! This was my first time at this hand and stone and it was a beautiful experience! I’m on vacation with my family and last minute decided to have a spa day. I had a facial that was absolutely nothing short of perfect! I saw Scharon and she is amazing. Scharon is so lovely and super personable, I felt like I’ve known her for years conversing with her., I will definitely be coming back to see her when Im on vacation. Had my first hand and stone massage with Thomas! I CANNOT RECOMMEND HIM ENOUGH! He is not only a great provider and fantastic at this job, but listened while I chatted his ear off for an hour. Very patient! I left feeling very relaxed and extremely happy with my massage!

Massage w/ Cassidy was absolutely wonderful. Front desk was ok, I was trying to get help w/ my acct bc I meant to sign up w/ this location but accidentally called Winter Springs. Older lady w/ glasses at desk said we have to call them, almost upset I asked. A younger girl walked out of office & the older lady passed me to her immediately saying Suzanna was member relations. After filling her in she said she would call Winter Springs & see about getting it transferred since I just signed up day before but let me know it’s not usually protocol.
