He diagnosed what was wrong and was clear about what we needed to do in order to fix the issues. I feel like Dr. Palmer made it easy to follow his advice. I did exactly what he prescribed and worked together with him over a few weeks. We were able to get the problems fixed on schedule and I even have a few things I can do on my own now with my own time so as to prevent future problems.
