Back in Nov of 2018 I had a car accident while moving down from NY to Orlando and I had to do therapy for my back and neck injuries. At the time I thought I would not ever feel like myself again since I would suffer from muscle spasms from just sweeping or cleaning my apartment. I was afraid to live fearing the possible consequences of a wrong movement.
