My most recent visit to Dr. Cerdan's practice was for teeth cleaning by Mariellen as well as a general tooth health and wellness check by Dr. Cerdan. Mariellen's work is gentle but very thorough. Being given a "No problems or concerns" by Dr. Cerdan is always a relief.
My first visit here was yesterday 10/06. But my first impression was when I called to book the appointment. I got a little emotional on the phone and could tell that the warmth and compassion from the receptionist was real. When you go into the office, it doesn't feel like a dentist, the way it has been designed makes it feel like a spa! Very relaxing. All the staff were friendly, so much so, I felt like I had known them for years! I had a crown fitted and I am very, very happy with it. Dr. Cerdan speaks very softly which is quite calming. I was so impressed that before I left, I became a patient there and left my previous dentist.
Dr. Cerdan and his team are truly exceptional. Every visit feels easy because the entire office is welcoming, professional, and genuinely cares about their patients. Dr. Cerdan has a way of explaining things that makes you feel confident and at ease—never rushed, always attentive. His skill and compassion really set him apart. The office staff and dental assistants deserve just as much praise. They are kind, organized, and make sure everything runs smoothly from check-in to checkout. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, and it shows in every detail of your visit. This office is the perfect mix of excellent care and people who actually love what they do. I couldn’t recommend Dr. Cerdan and his staff more highly!
