Our heat unit didn’t work on the coldest day of the year. We called Winter Haven Heat & Air. The lead technician, Dave Hill, was here within an hour. Our unit was 20 years old & needed to be replaced. Dave & his helper removed the old unit, took it away, cleaned up the area , & installed the new unit & cement pad. Dave arrived when he said he would, was pleasant, efficient, answered our questions & displayed the best Customer Service attitude I’ve seen (something that is rare these days).
