Oscar P is good. He took our concerns seriously and checked out the unit thoroughly. It appears to be working properly, so not sure what was happening during last cold spell or yesterday.
Top Notch Air installed the AC in our new home and has provided exceptional, and expedient customer service calls since we moved in. There are always some minor hiccups with new construction and our calls for service were handled quickly with a friendly technician that communicated effectively throughout the process. We are very happy with their level of customer care.
Called for a complete service for the first time, everything needed to be checked and explained throughly, Oscar was respectful, knowledgeable, took his time, very through. Would definitely use him again!!! Thank you
