I have been working out at Tigers World for years! The trainers, workouts, and support have been there for me through many fitness changes and needs. They meet you where you are and push you to do more than you thought you could - always with a smile and maybe some dancing. : )
My son is 16 and started boxing here. He is working towards going Amateur to full blown professional boxing. Coach Jose is great, very hands on coaching and personal atmosphere. My son trains Monday to Friday in the gym from 6:30 to 9pm most days. We see other young boxers learning there from the age of 5 years old. We also have a few female boxers working too. Coach Jose is building a great environment for his amateur team coming 2025!
