JB was very professional, understanding and knowledgeable about the HVAC system. He explained every step to me and also gave me instructions on the thermostat. He also checked my garage for snakes because I was afraid that one may have slithered in during the time that the garage door was open. I will definitely use this company again and definitely refer them to others.
