We had a wonderful experience at Owl Now Urgent Care in Lakeland. My son was seen for a head injury that required staples, and we returned 10 days later for removal — we were fortunate to have the same doctor both times, which made the experience even better. The doctor and the entire staff were incredibly patient, kind, and took part in my son’s silly, nervous humor, which helped put him completely at ease. Dr. Rodriguez has been my doctor for almost 3 years. He is always taking care of me. I trust his care and he always recommends the best things to improve my health. I also love the nurse Evelyn who always receives me with a big smile, with care, and she always smiles. Make me feel like I can come here and they take care of me.
I had a good experience. I went in for my son that is 10 months old and they attended to us quick. I visited 2 other urgent cares and 1 pediatric that same night, and no one would take babies. Only Owl Urgent Care. They were quick to help. I’m super thankful! I paid out of pocket and it was affordable compared to other urgent cares near by.
