We hired Mannix Pool & Grills to resurface our 22-year old pool. They were extremely knowledgeable in every step of the process. They sat down with me and went over my many questions about tiles, finishes, and robot vacuums. They were thorough in their communication with the dates and the steps of what would happen each day. The paperwork is clear and concise with what will be taken care of once the pool is complete and what the owners need to do. The employees were kind and worked with our dogs and locked yard. The pool turned out AMAZING and feels brand new!
Mannix Pools and Grills came to my rescue in 4 days sending an employee named Diarra. He listened to my background knowledge and began to apply his skillset to the problems. The automatic pool cleaner was not moving after 3 different repairs and the pool was turning green. Even though he had a rather long list of calls for that day, he stayed until the pool's condition was much improved. He returned within 3 days to observe the condition of the pool and automatic cleaner. He educated me on the proper setting of the valves and proper filter cleaning.
