They were perfect. They have a forever customer now. Jimmy was such a great help. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything thoroughly. My ac went out and I called Iceberg at 7pm last weekend and they were there as soon as possible. Breanna has great customer service. They also fixed my issue and got my ac working first time around! So very thankful for them and will be a lifetime customer.
Awesome response time with customer service and service tech, Kitt, was amazing! I urgently needed someone to diagnose and give me info on what would be a next step as my temp was not reaching the desired temp. Kitt came, was honest throughout the whole process and never once pressured me into anything. He gave me options, up to 3 even, on what would make sense for what service I would need, but was understanding on my situation. Thank you Iceberg for accommodating, and especially Kitt for coming back after I missed him when he first arrived.
Jayvon was very helpful and got my AC working again quickly! The team was prompt to return my late night call and had him out here first thing in the morning. He took the extra time to show me how to care for my unit and how to fix minor issues on my own. He gave me a quote to replace the old unit on request and explained each option thoroughly. I appreciated his kindness and professionalism!
