I had to cancel an appointment (with 2 day's notice) due to a medical procedure that was scheduled unexpectedly. All correspondence with this place is through an app. No personal numbers or communication. When I tried to reschedule I couldn't get a response. After two weeks Whitney texted she had been sick but would get back to me. Thinking she forgot I tried twice to contact her. Meanwhile a friend of mine who recommended her, was there getting her hair done. Whitney was running her mouth about clients and brought up that (someone) had not shown up for an appointment, when they were scheduled) She stated that that person would not be welcomed back. Whitney should figure out what is wrong with her communication app, and figure out running your mouth to other's with one side of the situation is no way to run a business. Your reply was a farce. You talked smack about clients while I was in your shop. I have found a stylist with high standards, talent and ethics. Oh and she communicates on a personal level. She uses a phone. I wish you well, just don't like your business ethics or lack of.

If your hair isn't as flawless as a shampoo advertising model's, Whitney Salon will likely claim it's 'too damaged' and pressure you into signing a waiver to protect themselves from accountability for their own errors. Beware!

Disappointing Experience
Unfortunately, my experience at Whitney Salon with Peyton was traumatic. Despite discussing my hair's condition beforehand, Peyton applied full highlights without proper care, leading to significant damage. She left me unattended for 22 minutes, far exceeding the 15 minutes she initially stated, likely to call Whitney for guidance on how to proceed. Her inexperience was evident, and when the damage was done, and my hair melted, she presented cutting it short as the only option. I was left with no choice but to accept the drastic cut, which was not what I had signed up for. DEMANDING A FULL REFUND ( U$ 340 ). If you have brown hair , don't trust to go lighter with Peyton.
