Tried a class with new instructor CeeVie! She was great and very informative. I really appreciated the variations and options she gave for some of the harder exercise movements. 10 out of 10 would recommend! Signing up for more classes at Habitat soon!

It's not just a workout! It is a life style change! They are good at teaching proper techniques, nutrition, & weight loss! This is a family and they notice and care about even the little details in your life! If you are wanting more than just a workout, and are wanting to build healthy relationships with other friends then, welcome to the family!

I absolutely love this Gym people are so nice and friendly, coaches are very motivating. I don’t feel that gym anxiety I would get other places. I have been at the gym for two months now and it has since become my community. I look forward to going to the gym. I’m noticing such a transformation in my fitness, I am very happy to have joined
