Great experience from the beginning! Our care coordinator, Elise is so kind, professional, caring and attentive. She made us feel comfortable from the begging! Our Nanny has far exceeded our expectations with the care she provides my father-in-law. Highly recommended!
I have been using Granny Nannies for the past year for respite as a caregiver to my Uncle. I have had a very good experience with Granny Nannies. The caregivers are excellent and Jazz in the office is always able to fulfill my needs as a client.
My mother had an unexpected and sudden decrease in her health that resulted in difficulty with her ability to take care of her daily activities. We had concern for her falling and just general ability to care for herself. We live out of state and needed support until we were able to come into town. They were able to provide some excellent care givers on short notice that kept her safe and cared for until we were able to get there. I can't say thank you enough, and while we hope as her health improves companion care will not be necessary, but if it is Granny Nannies will be part of our plan.
