Three pair of pants there; after a week went to pick them up and they were not ready. It was stated that their press was not operational; delayed another week plus a day or two later prior to pick-up. They were apologetic but the extended delay was an issue. Pants were done well after pick-up.

The staff were incredibly professional and attentive to my needs, making sure to understand exactly what I wanted done to my clothes. I brought in a delicate silk dress and several business suits. Every stain was meticulously removed and the garments were perfectly pressed and fresh. Great customer service ?
