Very poor customer service. Messed up a brand new dress. Not once did we hear our apologizes, let's see what we can do to make it right. Instead we got.... You should have brought the dress back as soon as you noticed, even though we were out of town when we noticed and their store was closed. We also got, you should have wore something else even after I told her that meant we would have had to buy something because we weren't home.
