Dishonest pricing. Was a repeat customer, but never again.
Dropped off a comforter to be laundered, and paid a $12 upfront “50%” deposit.
When I went to pick it up, I was charged FOURTY DOLLARS. Because it was “heavy” and the comforter was marked as a wrong/larger size. I explained to the lady that I was told I would be paying $12 at pickup. She refused to charge me correctly.

I took my 2 jumps to be clean, took forever for them to come back, and when they did came back, they were still dirty. So had to send them to be redone prices where through the roof I paid $60 just to have 2 jumpsuits clean, and didn't even offer a discount for the inconvenience of me having to send it back i have never had to wait that long before or paid prices that high, just because I decided that this was a closer location normally.I go to empire.I'm sorry that I tried this place.I really am .

I never used their services. Generally, I don’t go by hearsay, but I read some of these reviews. I feel they are compelling. I can’t help but take a real honest customer reviews and disregard them. So, there maybe another side to the story, but this can easily be verifiable. Can’t Trust them.
